Alex R. Hirschfield is an attorney and founder of The Hirschfield Law Group, LLC located in Birmingham, AL. Alex grew up most of his life in the Birmingham, AL area and received Degrees in History and Chemistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He earned his J.D. Degree from Birmingham School of Law where he graduated in 2011. Prior to creating The Hirschfield Law Group, LLC, Alex was a partner of a small civil litigation firm where he tried a variety of cases before both state and federal courts representing Plaintiffs and Defendants. Alex is an active member in good standing of the Alabama State Bar. He is admitted to practice in all Alabama State Courts, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Alex has tried numerous cases before the Alabama circuit courts, district courts, and has argued cases before the Alabama Appellate Courts. Alex also has experience with handling cases in Tennessee and Ohio where he has received special permission to practice in those jurisdictions on certain cases. Alex's practice areas include professional licensure defense, disability, personal injury, wrongful death, contracts, complex business litigation, mediation, and most criminal defense related issues. Alex is an avid world traveler. Alex enjoys learning about other cultures and learning foreign languages.
